Somatic & trauma-informed coaching for women ready to feel safe, strong, and alive in their bodies again.
I help breast cancer survivors reconnect with their bodies and rebuild trust, energy, and self-belief — from a place of compassion and calm.
In 2021, I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer.
Those words turned my world upside down. My body, once strong and capable, suddenly felt fragile and unfamiliar.
Through treatment and recovery, I followed every rule and exercise plan I knew — after all, I was a personal trainer, and had always kept myself fit and healthy. But it wasn’t until I slowed down, listened, and truly felt what my body was asking for that I began to heal on a deeper level.
That’s when I discovered the power of somatic and trauma-informed healing — a way of reconnecting with the body not through force, but through presence, kindness, and curiosity.
Now, I help other women navigate this same path: from fear and disconnection to trust, strength, and a renewed sense of self.

Private coaching sessions are designed to meet you where you are — tenderly bridging the gap between treatment and the life you want to live again.
Each session combines:
Movement & body awareness — gentle, restorative, and empowering practices
Mindset & nervous system support — grounding tools to ease fear, anxiety, and overwhelm
Meaning & self-connection — helping you rediscover joy, purpose, and self-trust
You’ll receive personalised guidance to help you rebuild strength, confidence, and calm — inside and out.

Real conversations about life beyond cancer.
Join me and my guests as we explore movement, mindset, and meaning in recovery — sharing stories, science, and inspiration for your next chapter.
